New Year's Eve Cabaret
Want to get dressed up and ring in 2012? Come out to our New Year's Cabaret at 10:00 p.m. on December 31, at the "M" Center (aka the Activity Center). Enjoy a light meal and entertainment including a live band, spoken word, musical selections and more. We'll count down to 2012 and toast each other (with Martinelli's, of course!) Tickets are only $10, and can be purchased from Tamara Sam, Rosanne Hunter, Ricque Sinclair or Linda Irizarry. We haven't held a "dress-up" event at Metro in a long time and we hope to see all of you there!

LIFTED - A worship experience you'll never forget!
Join us for LIFTED!! It's a two-week worship experience featuring dynamic preaching from rapper-turned-pastor Marquis Johns, and special guest artists Vashawn Mitchell, Terrell Hunt, Gerald Scott, Sean Tillery & Changed, David and Monique Griffiths and more. Breath of Live on NBC this Christmas
"The Present - Unwrapping the Gift of Christmas" is a dazzling musical event featuring Grammy-winning group TAKE 6 and recording artists Jennifer LaMountain and Jaime Jorge; the Greater Atlanta Adventist Academy Choir will also be featured. Dr. Calrton P. Byrd, speaker/director of Breath of Life telecast, will bring hope and encouragement through a new look at the gifts of the Wise Men and the ultimate "Present" of the Nativity. This event was filmed live at the Berean Seventh-day Adventist Church in Atlanta, Georgia.
"The Present" will air on WRC - Channel 4, at 7:00 AM and on WBAL - Channel 11, at 5:00 AM on Sunday, December 25, 2011. Live Nativity - This Sabbath at 11 am
Join us this Sabbath at 11:00 a.m. as our Music Department presents The Christmas Story - a live nativity event featuring Richard Cunningham, Monique Griffiths, Neitha Harris, Paul Heflin, Gavrielle Sween, Gabrielle Liverpool, Kareem Williams, Metro Praiz and an award-winning cast of characters (and animals!). You don't want to miss this spectacular event! The Christmas Story will take place in our Ministry Center - see you there!
