Dear Metro,

This [email] couldn't have come at a better time.  I feel so loved!!!!

It's winter here, so it's kinda cold, although right now it's not.  It's already snowed since I've been here, and I made it in country January 17...so my countdown has already begun.  The nice thing is we get mid-tour R&R (leave) so I'll be able to come home!  So at least that's something to look
forward to.  Other than that, I'm not in any danger, so please, don't worry about me.  It's really like going to work everyday, just in a different country and environment.

I do miss home and church, but the good thing is that they do have services here on Saturdays for Adventists, so I'll definitely be checking that out.

Umm....that's it for now.  You guys can send whatever -- boxes, cards, emails, letters -- I'm not picky.  Yes, you can send care packages; the contents just can't contain things that I wouldn't be getting or need anyway (like porn, alcohol, etc.).  But candy, soap, deordarant, Bath and Body shower gels and lotions and stuff, toothaste, contact solution (for soft contacts, Complete or Renu
brand), Snickers, Doritos, gummy bears, anything,  Just good stuff!  All welcomed!!  Just to give you an idea in case you didnt know. (smile)
