Metropolitan Activity Center Inquiry Form
- Complete the Metropolitan Activity Center Rental Request form.
- Once the completed request has been submitted, a representative from the Activity Center Sales Team will be in contact within 48 hours to discuss your request in more detail.
- A minimum deposit of 25% is required upon the signing of a contract agreement. Full payment is required for rental contracts signed within thirty (30) days of the event.
- All outstanding balances are due prior to the actual event date, or on the date agreed upon in the signed contract agreement.
- Event confirmation and staffing will be finalized only after an agreement has been executed and the required deposit has been made.
