During the month of February, Metro will pay tribute to black history with the following weekly praise themes:
February 4 - African American theme

February 25 - Black history - past, present, future. We are thrilled to present the renowned Howard University Gospel Choir in concert at 6:00 p.m. on February 25. Admission is free; a freewill love offering will be collected.
Through praise and worship, the role of varied black cultures will be recognized each week. Please plan to wear your African attire on the second Sabbath and your Caribbean attire on the third. On the last Sabbath, the culmination of all black cultures will be highlighted as the past is embraced and as we look to God for the future.
