Fall Revival 2018

fall revival2018 1920

Hello Metro!  Summer is winding down and that means it's time for our fall revival!  As we've done in years past, we'll meet on Friday evenings at 7:15 p.m., and Saturdays during both services (9:15 a.m. and 11:45 a.m.).  All services will be held in the sanctuary.

On October 5 and 6, the revivalist will be Pastor Laurent Grosvenor.  On October 12 and 13, we'll have a husband/wife duo - Pastors Andrea and Kurt King, from California.  Metro members may remember Pastor Andrea King as one of the speakers during our first Women's History Month celebrations a few years ago.  To close things out, we'll have another familiar face - Pastor Noah Washington, former senior pastor at Bladensburg Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Please plan to bring a friend to enjoy these powerful preachers as they encourage us to Take the City!

Metro, we're going beyond the walls on Saturday, September 29, and we need your help!  Use our registration form to indicate the area(s) you'd like to volunteer.  We are also collecting toiletries and bottled water - please see Ja'Mon Johnson to donate, or if you have questions.  Monetary donations are always welcome!  As usual, we'll have an abbreviated church service beginning at 11:45 a.m., then we'll all head out into the community together.
