Everyone - we are so excited to present this town hall meeting on Monday, June 8 at 7:00 PM!  Pastor Smith connected with our local councilwoman - Deni Taveras - and she agreed to hold a virtual town hall with Metro (and all of our friends who want to join).  Councilman-at-large Calvin S. Hawkins will join us.  Our own Jason McFarlane will be the moderator.

We will be discussing the current state of policing in Prince George's County, what, if any, reforms are needed and taking your perspective.  So come with your questions!  You can either email them to Ps. Smith before hand at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or type them in the chat during the town hall.  Tell all your friends who live in PG County about this!!

Join via Facebook, YouTube or our website on Monday, June 8 at 7:00 PM.

Dear members,

This pandemic has upended our lives and our regular church schedule.  We had originally scheduled this Sabbath to be our Communion service on Resurrection Weekend, but like the other events of the past few weeks, we planned to postpone it.  However, just yesterday the Lord inspired me to facilitate a virtual communion celebration for our church family and community.

Confused about whether church is for you?  In this time of social distancing when you just can't go to a traditional church service - this might be the best time to figure that out.  Our young adult ministry - F.L.O.W. - invites you to series of conversations around purpose, calling, involvement, resources, community, worship and relationships.  We have an exciting lineup of speakers:  Novella Smith, Richard Martin, Gerard Limerick, Rob Harris, SaMonna Watts and Michael Kelly.
