tn datingWhat's love got to, got to do with it
Who needs a heart when a heart can be broken?  (Tina Turner)

While there are many euphoric moments associated with dating, anyone who's experienced the end of a relationship can probably relate to what Tina Turner was singing about.

So what's up with dating?  Is it necessary? Does it work?  How many people should you date before you get serious about someone?  Or should you be serious about the person you're currently dating?  What about dating a non-Christian?  How about someone from a different ethnicity?  Does God say anything about dating?  Does He have a particular person in mind for you?

Join us for Lifted on Saturday, October 6 at 5:30 p.m. (note start time) where relationship guru Ronnie Vanderhorst will help us answer these and other questions about dating.  You'll also have the opportunity to text in your own questions at the end of his presentation.  If you've ever seen Elder Vanderhorst present, you know you're in for a treat - lots of humor, with stinging truths behind it.  Enjoy praise and worship and a spoken word piece, and then we'll dive into the good & bad of dating.

See you there!

Metro Blogger is someone who knows a lot about what's going on at Metro. Is it a man? A woman? A boy? A girl? Is it Pastor B? Is it Dwight Monkou? Is it Gordon Cort? Is it Debbie Cooke? Is it multiple people? Will we ever find out who it is? Do you even care?
