If you've spent any time at Metro over the last two weeks or so, you'll know that we're all very excited about our upcoming evangelistic campaign - LIFTED:  The Worship Experience.  We've got videos, promotional material, ads in the paper and more!  The contracts with the performing artists are signed and Pastor Johns is ready to go - are you?

We have two videos that we're using heavily to promote the program.  Let us know which you like best - write a comment.  We have to give a shout-out to one of our newest Metro members - Darren Cumberbatch - for all of the hard work he's put into getting these ready for us.  Here they are

If, for some unknown reason (maybe you've been church hopping these past few weeks), you haven't yet heard about LIFTED:  The Worship Experience, here are the details in a nutshell.

When:  September 10 - 24, at 7:00 pm nightly, except Monday and Thursday nights

Where:  The church sanctuary  (click for directions)

What:  An inspirational worship experience, featuring dynamic preaching (our own Pastor Quis), outstanding music (Theo and Jasmine will lead out in praise and worship; Vashawn Mitchell - yes that would be "Nobody Greater" Vashawn Mitchell; Terrell Hunt - Stellar Award nominee Terrell Hunt; Gerald Scott & Company, David and Monique Griffiths); and free giveaways (an iPad 2, an iPod, and many gift cards!)

You don't want to miss one night!!  If you've got questions, drop us a note.  See you there!  Oh - don't keep all this goodness to yourself - bring a friend!

Metro Blogger is someone who knows a lot about what's going on at Metro. Is it a man? A woman? A boy? A girl? Is it Pastor B? Is it Dwight Monkou? Is it Gordon Cort? Is it Debbie Cooke? Is it multiple people? Will we ever find out who it is? Do you even care?
